The Museum of Florida Art's Education Department serves its diverse audience as a vital, innovative, and welcoming center for learning through the visual arts. Supported through focused educational programs, the Museum provides opportunities for creating, discussing, and connecting to art by the Museum's exhibitions and collections.

The Museum endorses art for everyone as a lifelong learning process. A wide range of programs fosters enjoyable and enriching experiences for visitors of all ages with all levels of familiarity with art. These include lectures, discussions, gallery talks, tours/field studies, classes, workshops, art camps, and community outreach presentations.

As an education partner with schools and community groups, the Museum offers several field study and tour options to students of all ages, teacher materials and professional development opportunities, and working partnerships with area schools.
